Carter graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science degree.  He went on to obtain his law degree from Stetson University College of Law and is admitted to The Florida Bar. He founded the Law Offices of David R. Carter, P.A. in 1985.  He is a Board Certified Real Estate lawyer and specializes in real estate matters including in-office closings with title insurance.  He also focuses on Estate Planning.
