Mr. Carter started the law firm of David R.
Carter, P.A., in 1985, in New Port Richey, Florida. Since then, he
has become a dominant force in the legal community, both locally and
in the State of Florida as a whole. Over the years, David has been
instrumental in the development of the local legal community, and
has been deeply involved. By way of example, David has served as
president of the Hernando County Bar Association, as the attorney
for the Hernando County Association of Realtors and Pinellas County
Association of Realtors, as a member of the Executive Council of the
Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of the Florida Bar, a
member of the Advisory Council for Attorneys’ Title Insurance Fund,
Inc., and as the Director of the Bay Area Real Estate Council.
David is a Board Certified Real Estate Attorney, and has been practicing law in the State of Florida since 1978. His practice focuses on representing and counseling clients on real estate ventures, as well as both simple and complex estate planning and probate administration. He was named as a Super Lawyer in Florida’s Super Lawyer magazine in 2008.
David resides in Tarpon Springs, Florida. His
wife, Victoria Carter, is general counsel and vice president of
Starwood Vacation Ownership, a Fortune 500 company. He has two sons,
Mathew and Adam.

Gary S. Clendenin, Esq.
Mr.
Clendenin concentrates his practice in real property litigation,
including evictions, ejectments, foreclosure and foreclosure
defense, quiet title and partition actions. He also assists clients
with estate planning and represents clients before the Board of
County Commissioners in completing and prosecuting zoning, variance,
and other compliance petitions.
Gary was born and raised in Middletown, Ohio. He graduated Valedictorian of his high school class, earned his B.A. with a double major in English literature and psychology from Denison University in Granville, Ohio, in 2003, and earned his J.D. with honors from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida, in 2006, where he served on the Editorial Board of the University of Miami Business Law Review. After his first year of law school, Gary worked as a full time research assistant to Professor Kenneth Casebeer, a national authority on labor law, in completing his labor law case book, Work Law in American Society.
Gary resides in Tarpon Springs, Florida, and enjoys spending his leisure time reading, boating, and watching the Cincinnati Bengals, of which he is a lifelong fan. He is also a scratch golfer.
